We are trained—inadvertently as school kids and intentionally as professionals—to dispatch metaphorical antibodies to anything different, anomalous, weird.

 

These behaviors are not just counterproductive. They are wrong.

 

The goal of the Zonkey Project™ is to help innovation leaders, and indeed all people, learn how to embrace and celebrate the world’s oddities. Not “fix” them.

 

Every great new creation is, in some way, a zonkey. It’s… a little weird. And in this weirdness, we see magic. Wonder. Possibilities.
